Empty Bowls at Long Trail School on April 2nd, was a fantasic night of community, generosity, and soup! We are extremely grateful to Courtney Callo and the students of Long Trail for hosting this event which raised funds for CFC and other local hunger charities.
Our thanks to everyone at Hill and Thompson, P.C. for hosting a tax-season food drive to benefit CFC. Our hats are off to everyone at Hill and Thompson for rallying their clients and contributing their time and office space during such a busy time of year!
The Simple Suppers series of meals at Barrows House were a big success! Each Tuesday during Lent, Jim and Linda McGinnis opened up the dining room and offered a meal of soup and bread with all proceeds benefiting CFC! We thank them for honoring the spirit of the season so generously!
